How We Work

Briefing:

• All teams working on site at events receive a thorough briefing about the event or client product.

What they do:

• Set up Goodie pack areas and liaise with design show staff on the set up of these areas.
• Arrange the distribution mechanic and put together a distribution plan.
• Work with the public; administer the Goodie packs; liaise with the organisers.
• Advise people on the type of products they are about to receive.

What's makes our crew the best:

• VIP Ideas has carefully hand selected its people to represent the company. Many of our promotional teams are students in the areas of marketing, communications or law. We selectively choose people with an interest in dealing with the public, working at large events, and working outdoors.
• In 2008 we have interviewed and hired over 50 new promotional people. These have been chosen from college societies who have worked with us through many of our current student programmes over the last 4 years.

Our impressions:

• The people we select give us 150 percent and when you respect and value them as important team players, they will repay you with a great work ethic and enthusiasm for the job.
• We provide 2 supervisors per team at events, to ensure that the team has focus and direction.
• All our staff members are extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout our promotional weekend or activity.
